TTC have been designing, installing and maintaining on-site telecommunications solutions for our customers for over fifteen years. These have ranged from small office solutions with a few telephones right through to multi-national enterprises with several thousand users globally incorporating phones, trading turrets, voice recording, telephone lines, network infrastructure linking offices, conferencing and many advanced features.

Over the last decade this traditional picture has changed and now encompasses new technologies – VoIP, Unified Communications and 55% of companies plan to utilise some of these new technologies over the next 12 months. However there is still much confusion regarding the benefits that UC and VoIP offer. The section on UC will address some of these confusions and demonstrate that although traditional voice technology is still a major element of most business infrastructure, Cloud, UC and VoIP are being utilised more and more.
