TTC Solutions was established in 1998 out of the Reuters Voice Services group of companies.  Specialising in all aspects of voice communications for small, medium and large businesses TTC rapidly grew a reputation for high quality advice and design right through to implementation and support.  Our UK based 24/7 Help desk was one of the first in the voice arena to offer interactive on-line web portal reporting and our teams of engineers provide a rapid, on-site presence to ensure our mean times to repair are amongst the lowest in the industry.

Our key differentiator is that TTC are systems integrators and therefore we do not push single products onto our clients.  We analyse each business need and present several suitable solutions each with their own attributes – whether it’s a single telephone or a complex unified communications solution across many countries.  Clients test each platform to determine their respective strengths and weaknesses to ensure that the final selection is the one most suitable for their needs.  This non pressured approach to sales has seen many of our clients remain with TTC for over fifteen years as their own companies have grown and expanded.
